Juliana’s founder Sabrina says “I grew up in an old Bangalore that was idyllic, progressive, and full of character. Food flowed constantly between friends and family in the neighbourhood. That spirit of connection is at the heart of Juliana’s.” New York became the gastronomic classroom — from hole-in-the-wall joints in Queens to the culinary icons of Manhattan. The result is a menu that is both nostalgic and globally inspired, celebrating the magic of in-person dining.

Culinary Director Vikram Malhotra says,“The most memorable dishes are often the simplest – when done with care, restraint, and purpose.” Partnering with Fast Coffee, we brew with small-batch beans and a slow, mindful approach — from New York-style iced lattes to matcha, and spiced oat milk lattes. Our zero-proof cocktail list is equally considered, offering refreshing, spirit-free takes like the Island Mary, Frozen Margarita, and Pineapple & Coconut Cream.

Our menu reflects a balance of the familiar and the unexpected. From Asparagus & Burrata, Classic Prawn Cocktail, and warm Roasted Tomato & Pepper Soup — to comforting mains like Chicken à la Kiev, Chilli Jam Chicken on Betel Leaf, and fiery-sweet Singapore Chilli Prawns. From our in-house bakery, we turn out fresh loaves daily along with desserts crafted to linger over — like Almond Crème Brûlée, Paris Brest, and tableside Crème Brûlée with the classic caramel crack.
